Application for Home Care Providers

Background

Unisem is a Health Services company that approached Keetup with the aim of finding a solution to the dynamics of work that it carries out around its Home Care service.

From the beginning, we have advised the client to apply a solution that optimizes resources and improves productivity in their company.

Goal

The main objective of the project was to create a Mobile Application for Android and iOS that could be integrated with the Unisem Home Care system and allow the providers to communicate with the service control center.

A very important part is the immediate update of the information, so that any change impacts on what the Service Providers visualize, and this way they are perfectly synchronized with the control center.

Approach & Solution

In the first instance, the synchronization that should be carried out between the application and the Home Care System was diagrammed.

Then the structure of the application was defined, and the functionalities that were required to be integrated were validated.

The application allows a Home Care Provider to see the services that must be performed day by day, in addition to providing the possibility of completing each service by sending relevant information.

The application was developed in Phonegap, Cordova, Angular and Laravel. The structure is uploaded to Digital Ocean and Google Firebase.
